NIKSUN NetOmni Suite with NetDetector/NetVCR has been accepted for testing in the National Information Assurance Partnership Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation Scheme (NIAP CCEVS). This scheme, the result of a partnership between NIST and the NSA, is recognized by 26 nations around the world. It provides for the validation of the security claims made by IT products under controlled standards and procedures as carried out by an approved testing laboratory. Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has been chosen by NIKSUN to perform the testing and oversee the evaluation. The listing can be seen here.
