Marketing Content Specialist

Job Summary:
Hands-on management of day to day Marketing activities and the Marketing team. Strategic market planning, including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
 •Research and create marketing deliverables including whitepapers, case studies, website landing pages, newsletters, and presentations;  scripting for videos and podcasts; and other customer communications materials, e.g., email communiqués, data sheets, etc. 
 •Promote brand awareness using social media channels
 •Develop documentation for NIKSUN’s product portfolio, including User Guides, Release Notes, Installation Guides, and technical      advisories, etc. 

Required Qualifications:
 •Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
 •Ability to effectively articulate the features and corresponding benefits for NIKSUN products to a technical and non-technical audience  and translate technical or complex ideas into concise, business-oriented content/storyline
 •Demonstrated ability to multi-task, maintain attention to detail in a high-volume, active, and deadline-driven environment
 •Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint required

Desired Qualifications:

 •Basic knowledge of network performance or cyber security is a big plus
 •Experience with creating graphics (desired not required)
 •Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
 •Experience using SharePoint (desired not required)
 •Proven positioning, value-proposition marketing copywriting skills for a technology firm

Educational Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
